Jasmine at the door
Rose sherbet in the shade of the arches, and a sprig of jasmine for everyone who comes in.

Saturday, 12 June 2027

Behind an old wooden door in the heart of the old city there is a courtyard of striped stone, with a fountain at its centre and jasmine on every wall.
We would be so glad to have you there as we marry, and to keep you with us long after the light has left the courtyard.

Timings are placeholders until the couple confirms.

Rose sherbet in the shade of the arches, and a sprig of jasmine for everyone who comes in.

Our vows beside the fountain, under the bitter-orange tree.

One long table under the arches, roses down the middle and far too much to eat.

Arabic coffee and sweets by the fountain, then the dabke until the small hours.

Dress for a warm evening among the arches: light suits, flowing dresses and soft colours that sit well beside the roses. The courtyard is old stone, so choose heels that grip.
We kindly ask guests to leave white and ivory to the bride.
