Zaffa

Terms of Use

Last updated 16 May 2026

What this is

By using Zaffa — the iOS app, the web invitation, or the “Zaffa: Wedding Planner” Custom GPT — you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use the service.

Your account, your wedding

You own the content you put into Zaffa: your wedding details, guest list, photos, and RSVP responses you collect. You’re responsible for the accuracy of that content and for not uploading anything that you don’t have the right to share — especially other people’s photos or personal information.

Guests

When you add a guest to your wedding, you are confirming that you have the right to store their name and phone number for the purpose of inviting them. You will only message guests for wedding-related reasons. You will honour any guest’s request to be removed.

What we don’t promise

Zaffa is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free behaviour, or specific outcomes. If the service is unavailable for a period, the maximum we owe you is a refund of any fees you paid us during that period (currently, zero).

The ChatGPT integration

The Custom GPT runs on OpenAI’s ChatGPT platform and is subject to OpenAI’s terms as well as ours. The GPT can read and write only the wedding tied to the account you sign in with. Don’t share your one-time login code with anyone you don’t want editing your wedding.

Acceptable use

You won’t use Zaffa to send spam, harass anyone, infringe anyone’s rights, or attempt to break or probe our infrastructure. If you do, we may suspend the account.

Changes to the service

We may change, add, or remove features. We’ll try to give notice for changes that affect data you’ve already entered.

Termination

You can stop using Zaffa at any time and email info@getzaffa.app to ask us to delete your data. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.
